The 2020-2021 all-school read will be Aimee Nezhukumatathil’s World of Wonders which will be published in August 2020. Given that it won’t be available for purchase until late summer, we are not expecting students to begin reading it before the fall term. Ms. Nezhukumatathil was the 12th Westminster Poet in 2012, and she will be the 21st Westminster Poet in March of 2021. World of Wonders is a book of delightful short essays that seamlessly combine nature writing and personal writing. English teachers will introduce students to the book in their classes throughout the fall and winter trimester, culminating in discussions during Ms. Nezukumatathil’s visit.
